I’ve been following Ben’s training program for the past 12 weeks and I can honestly say it’s the best fitness prgram I’ve ever tried! I’m nearly 50 and have had 6 children so I had accumulated lots of fat in places I didn’t really want it. I also didn’t want to head into old age and feel my health and fitness was in decline. In the past I’ve tried various other plans and found myself in a vicious circle of losing weight and then regaining it again. Ben’s program has given me direction, it’s easy to follow and he is very supportive during the whole process.
